EIGHT WAYS IN, ONE BODY OF WORK

Eight AI capabilities. One way of working.

Each one is a defined engagement with a scope, a price and an end. They are listed in the order the work usually runs, and most clients start at the top with an AI Readiness Assessment, because the plan decides what comes next. If you already know what you need, go straight to it.

WHY EIGHT AND NOT ONE PROGRAMME

You should be able to buy one piece at a time.

AI consulting is usually sold as a programme: a journey, a transformation, a commitment that grows as it goes. We split the same work into eight engagements instead, so you can buy one piece, see what it gives you, and decide for yourself whether there is a second.

The order below is the common one, not the required one. Most clients start with an AI Readiness Assessment, because the plan decides what is worth building. If you already know that, go straight to where the work is: implementation, AI governance or competence.

The conditions differ between a private company and a public body: procurement rules, confidentiality, and who actually makes the decision. The order does not. We work the same way in both, and the industry pages describe what is particular to your sector.

What you will not find here: open-ended retainers that grow on their own, and running your systems for you. That is capacity rather than judgement, and it is exactly the kind of thing that would make us hard to leave.

WHAT WE DO

Each of these can be bought on its own.

01

AI Readiness Assessment

A fixed-scope, fixed-price diagnosis of where AI creates real value in your operation, and what it takes to get it there. You leave with a prioritised plan your leadership team can decide on. Two ways in: whether you ran a pilot that stalled, or you haven't started yet.

02

AI Strategy & Advisory

AI direction your leadership team can decide on: what is worth building, what should wait, and what deserves a no. We start in your operation, not in the technology, and we price the work as defined, fixed-price engagements.

03

AI Competence & Capability

Your people have already started, and a plan is what turns that into capability: which role needs what, who owns it, and how it holds when the tools change again. Leadership sessions from us, role-specific programmes through AIUC.

04

AI Implementation

We take an AI initiative from the leadership decision into everyday use: built to production criteria, run until it holds, and handed over. You own the result, and your own people run it.

05

AI Adoption & Change

The quiet failure isn't the system that breaks. It's the system nobody uses. We make AI stick in the daily work: measured before, designed into the workflow, and measured after.

06

AI Automation & Agents

The market sells autonomy. We build automation that holds in operation, and agents where they have earned their place: bounded, evaluated, and owned by you. We run our own company this way.

07

AI Governance & Compliance

Governance you own and run: the inventory, the classification, the policy people actually follow, and the processes that survive an audit. We build it with you and hand it over. Calm about the rules, serious about the operation.

08

Fractional AI Leadership

The AI executive you can't yet justify hiring: a standing counterpart for your leadership team, on a defined monthly arrangement. Never required, never operations. If it ended tomorrow, nothing in your operation would stop working.

QUESTIONS

Before you choose an engagement.

Most clients start with an AI Readiness Assessment, because it settles what is worth building before the money is committed. If your direction is already decided, go straight to where the work actually stands: implementation when the build is settled, AI governance when it is the rules that pinch, competence when it is your people who lack the practice. If you are unsure, one conversation settles it, and if the honest answer is to wait you will hear that too.

Every Ampliro engagement has its own scope, its own price and an end, and each can be bought on its own. No engagement assumes you will buy the next one, and no delivery is held back to manufacture a need. The eight are listed in an order because that is how the work usually runs, not because that is what you have to order.

At a fixed price, set before the work starts, with a scope that says where the engagement ends. We do not sell hours. The one exception in form is Fractional AI Leadership, which runs monthly at a fixed fee against an agreed cadence, and that can be ended without anything in your operation ceasing to work. We promise no return before we have seen your data: anyone who gives you a number before the analysis is selling a story.

Often, yes. In Sweden the direct procurement threshold under the Public Procurement Act is SEK 700,000 for goods and services, unchanged from 1 January 2026 even though the EU thresholds were raised. An AI Readiness Assessment or a defined competence engagement normally sits below it. Larger programmes are procured as programmes, and we help scope the work so that what you buy matches what you actually need.

An AI Readiness Assessment measures where you stand: which AI is already running in the organisation, which data is usable, and which few use cases are worth pursuing. AI Strategy & Advisory picks up where the decision sits: what should be built, what should wait, and what deserves a no. The assessment produces the evidence, the strategy produces the direction, and many organisations only need the first.

The way of working is the same; the conditions are not. A private company decides faster and buys more simply. A public body has procurement rules, transparency obligations and a longer decision path, and under the EU AI Act's Article 111(2) a back-stop of 2 August 2030 for high-risk systems already in use. None of that changes the order of the engagements. It changes the scoping and the pace.

Not sure which engagement you need?

One conversation settles it: whether the next step is an assessment, a defined project, or nothing yet. If the honest answer is to wait, you will hear that too.
