By using this website you accept these terms. They govern the pages you are reading, the material published on them and any enquiry you send through the site. They create no advisory relationship and no obligation on either side to enter into one.

Everything published here is general information written to be useful. It is not legal advice, and it is not an assessment of your organisation. Regulation moves, and a page written today may be overtaken. Do not act on anything here without checking it against your own situation.

Where we describe the EU Artificial Intelligence Act or any other law, we are summarising. The authoritative text is the law itself, and the assessment that matters is the one made for your circumstances.

The text, the design and the material on this site belong to Ampliro AB unless stated otherwise. You may read it, quote a reasonable extract with attribution, and link to any page. You may not republish it as your own or use it to train a model without our written permission.

Client names appear here with permission. That permission is ours, and it does not extend to your use of them.

You may not introduce malicious code, interfere with the site or the servers behind it, attempt to reach anything that has not been made public, or collect content from it by automated means without our written permission. That last point covers scraping for datasets and for model training.

Where use crosses into any of that, we may block access without notice and without giving up any other remedy.

We link outward to sources worth reading. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse everything on them, and we are not responsible for what they publish or for what happens when you use them.

We keep the site running and correct what we find, but we do not promise that it will always be available or always free of error. We may change, move or withdraw any page without notice.

Swedish law governs these terms, and disputes go to the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the first instance. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including the protection of the rules that apply where you live and your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own domicile.

We may amend these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when it was set.
