TWO WAYS IN

Two ways in, and they are not the same thing.

One is employment at Ampliro. The other is a place in the Ampliro Network, where you keep your own practice and are engaged per assignment, named and approved by the client. The demands on the craft are identical. The contract, the pay and the commitment are not.

ROUTE 1: EMPLOYMENT

Employment at Ampliro

Employment makes you part of the permanent core: you carry client engagements, but also the firm's own work between them, and you help shape how we work. It is a long-term role with a salary, direction and a responsibility that does not end when an assignment does.

We hire when a role needs to be carried over time, not to fill a staffing plan. Which roles are advertised right now is set out further down this page.

ROUTE 2: THE NETWORK

The Ampliro Network

The Ampliro Network is neither employment nor an exclusivity agreement. You run your own practice, take your own clients, and accept or decline every request we bring you. What binds is the assignment, not the relationship.

When an engagement needs specialist depth beyond the permanent core, we look for the person whose craft matches that particular question, put the name to the client, and bring you in for that defined scope. No rotation, no bench, no juniors learning on the client's invoice.

Ampliro AB is the contracting party toward the client and carries responsibility for the delivery. That is also what you get by going through us: the client relationship, the bid work, the contracts and the delivery responsibility sit with Ampliro, and you can concentrate on the work. Terms for an assignment are agreed before it starts, so both sides know where they stand on day one.

For you the model means engagements where the work is the point: a defined scope, a client who approved you by name, and a firm that says no to work that does not fit. How responsibility is distributed on an engagement is described on the About page.

WHO FITS

Who fits

Both routes ask the same thing of the craft: real depth in one of our fields, meaning implementation, governance, adoption, analysis or advisory, or teaching through AIUC, our education arm. The fields are described on the capabilities page.

The difference is what you are after. If you want an employer, a context over time and a responsibility that reaches beyond individual assignments, employment is the route. If you already run your own practice and want better engagements rather than an employer, the network is.

Common to both: fluency in the Swedish and Nordic market, in both senses of the word. And the temperament our clients hire us for: honesty over theatre, calm delivery, results the client owns when we leave.

OPEN ROLES

No advertised roles at the moment

We have no role advertised today. When one opens it is published here, with what the role involves and how to apply.

We still read speculative applications, for employment as well as for the Ampliro Network, and they are read by us rather than by a filter. An application that arrives while no role is advertised is not premature. It is often what decides who we contact once a role does open.

HOW TO APPROACH US

How to approach us

Write to careers@ampliro.com and open with which of the two routes you are after, so your approach lands in the right place from the start.

Then skip the CV theatre and bring three things: what you actually do, one piece of work you are proud of and can talk about honestly, and why that route fits you. If it reads true, you get a conversation.

What we do with what you send us is set out in our Recruitment Privacy Notice: what we keep, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

QUESTIONS

Questions from people considering it.

Employment makes you part of the permanent core, with a salary, direction and responsibility for the firm's own work alongside client engagements. A place in the Ampliro Network means you keep your own practice and are engaged per assignment, named and approved by the client. The demands on the craft, and on how you conduct yourself with a client, are identical in both. The contract, the pay and the commitment over time are not.

Yes. The Ampliro Network is neither employment nor an exclusivity agreement. You run your own business, take your own clients, and accept or decline every request we bring you. What binds is the individual assignment, not the relationship.

Ampliro AB is the contracting party toward the client and carries responsibility for the delivery, regardless of who performs the work. The client relationship, the bid work and the contracts therefore sit with us. You invoice Ampliro, and the terms for the assignment are agreed before it starts.

By the problem, not by availability. When an engagement needs specialist depth beyond the permanent core, we look for the person whose craft matches that particular question, put the name to the client, and bring them in for that defined scope. No rotation and no bench, and nobody is put on an engagement to stay busy.

No, we have no role advertised today. When one opens it is published on this page. We still read speculative applications, for employment as well as for the Ampliro Network, and they are read by us rather than by a filter. Write to careers@ampliro.com and say which of the two routes it concerns.
